Our service
From your first visit to this site we hope to provide a service beyond expectation. From the office staff that will check and confirm your order, through to the cabinet makers and finally the two man delivery team that will deliver your kitchen, we are dedicated to making it a simple, efficient and enjoyable process.
Ordering Your Kitchen Online
It couldn't be simpler to purchase one of our quality kitchens online.
- First choose the general style of the kitchen you require and then the exact door.
- Navigate through the furniture categories selecting the exact units you require and add them to your basket as you go.
- Next choose the accessories such as handles and trims.
- Then any appliances you require.
- Then any worktops you require.
- Finally proceed to checkout where you can enter your delivery and contact details. If you are happy with your order you can pay for the goods by credit card or a Paypal account. We will then contact you to confirm a delivery date.
- Alternatively you can request a 'Call back' where we will contact you to discuss your order. When you are you happy we will confirm a delivery date and take payment.
Confirmation
Next we will check the order and phone you to confirm an exact delivery date within 6-8 weeks. At this point we can also make amendments to your order if you wish and where necessary take payment. If you require your delivery quicker than our standard lead time we can discuss your requirements and will endeavour to meet your timescale.
Manufacture
All of our kitchens are made to order allowing us to build them exactly as you wish. Using the latest technology the furniture will be produced to exacting standards with a large part of the process still done by hand in order to maintain quality control.
Delivery
All of our kitchens are delivered by our own two man delivery teams. This allows us to remain in total control from point of order right through to arriving at you door, ensuring that you receive your new kitchen in the same condition it left the factory.
You will receive a call 1 hour before we arrive to avoid you having to wait in.
The delivery team will check off each item as they bring it in and we will not leave until we have checked with you that all items are present and in good order.
After Service
It doesn't end there! Should you have any technical questions while you are installing one of our kitchens we will of course be happy to help.
All of our kitchen furniture is supplied with a 5 year parts guarantee.
Appliances, sinks and taps and worktops are supplied with the manufacturers own warranties (see product details). |
