I seem to spend most of my life at our kitchen sink. We haven?t succumbed to the luxury of a dishwasher yet, so all the dirty dishes have to be washed by hand. Although there?s only four of us in our household we still seem to get through mountains of plates, pans and all sorts of kitchen utensils on a daily basis. What I?d like is one of those fancy Franke Sinks to do the washing up in. It would make what is in actual fact a mundane job, something that is far more interesting. The modern ranges of Franke Sinks look simply amazing once they have been fitted inside trendy kitchens. There are ceramic versions that I quite like the look of and they come in many different designs. Being a bit of a washing up expert I?d like to have a double bowl type of sink. Then I could have soapy water in one of the bowls and clear water in the other one ready to rinse the dishes once they had been washed. I?ve got my eye on one of the Franke Sinks and I know that should we get around to updating our kitchen it will be right on the top of my wish list.

I never knew that kitchen taps could be so fancy and it wasn?t until we began to think about updating our kitchen that I discovered a whole new world of wonderful taps. The Franke Taps stood out straight away due to the wide variety of trendy items that were on offer. One set that immediately grabbed my attention was the collection of tri-flow taps. They incorporate three-handled mixers that deliver normal hot and cold water, plus filtered water as well. People are drinking more and more filtered water yet they normally have to have separate sources to provide the water in the first place. With the unique mixers in place other taps are made redundant so filtered water can be enjoyed whenever people like. I like the way that Franke Taps look and they?ll certainly cater for all types of kitchen designs. It isn?t difficult to imagine a sparkling new set of taps in place on top of a new Franke sink. My eyes have been opened at the amazing range of Franke Taps as I never knew that sink accessories could look this funky.

Whenever someone asks my girlfriend if she has a dishwasher she smiles and says, ?Yes, he?s sitting over there?. It?s true that I tend to do most of the washing up in the house but that?s only because my partner does other chores. When it comes to spending time at our kitchen sink I do wish that it was a little larger. With two bowls to utilise, washing up would be easy and I?m sure it would take away the mundane feeling that washing dirty dishes often provides. Double bowl Kitchen Sinks are extremely useful as you can wash and clean pots and pans in one sink and then rinse them in another. Items like glasses can have soap marks left upon them if they haven?t been rinsed properly. However, the double bowled Kitchen Sinks provide an answer to this problem, so that crockery and glasses can be left soap-free before they are dried.
