We are both thrilled with the finished result and found the service you offered to be very professional yet friendly. You were able to guide me through the design process either by e-mail or at the end of a phone when necessary and I feel that by creating the design myself with your expert help, I got the best of both worlds. A kitchen designed how I wanted it but an expert on hand to guide me on what was practical and what would and wouldn't work in reality.
As far as delivery went, you were able to delay this until we were ready to receive the kitchen as we had problems with our building work ,and were even able to change one of my cabinets just a couple of weeks from delivery when I realised the builders had made our extension a few crucial centimetres short! Delivery was literally to the minute I was advised and your delivery men carefully unpacked and checked every item to make sure everything was there. We had no missing pieces and the couple of minor issues we had with the cabinets were quickly remedied.
The kitchen took about 5 man days to fit...in reality just over a weekend with 2 people,both DIY'ers rather than professionals and with very few naughty words uttered!
We have ended up with what I feel is a fantastic kitchen that looks like it cost far more than it did. In fact ,friends down the road who I tied to persuade to use you and who eventually went with a kitchen company as a ( very expensive ) stress free option had a far more stressful time than we did,and are still waiting for their finished kitchen many weeks down the line. We were only without a working kitchen for about a week.
So, in conclusion, a very big thank you for all your help, I would not, and have not, hesitated to recommend your excellent service which comes at a fraction of the price of other high street kitchen companies.

We are truly stunned by our new kitchen ! and I am more than happy to give you feedback. The site was simple to use and the pictures a true reflection of the units themselves. we had several quotes from high street firms and were delighted to see that your prices were over 40% less. Our builder who is local to us (Jamie Parsons) checked the order in detail and the measurements, so we were able to order with confidence.. The follow up and confirmation of delivery date was reassuring and the promised phonecall to confirm time was most welcome.
Your delivery men were courteous and checked everything for me. Jamie was delighted with the quality of the units and is already recomending you to others. The construction of the units was so good it actually took less time to install so our bill for the work was reduced. We chose granite worktops for the main working kitchen and oak for the 'dresser' that I designed which as I hope you will agree looks lovely. Jamie's apprentice made us the trolley from offcuts of the oak worktop as a present and also we put an oak shelf in the plate rack to match.
We did end up with the cornice unused as we wanted clean unfussy lines but that was all. Please feel free to use the pictures and comments as we were very pleased with the great service.

I have finally got round to sending photo's and thanking you for all your help. When we decided to go for your kitchen it was a daunting thought. Ordering a kitchen over the internet especially when you had to pay upfront made us think twice but I'm glad we did. We could not have asked for a better service, you checked my drawings were ok, you delivered on the day and at the time I specified and you were very helpful on the phone when I had questions. I hope you and your company go from strength to strength and survive this credit crunch because if I ever was looking for another kitchen I know where I would be going, straight to Supply Only Kitchens.

Sorry to be so long getting back to you with our kitchen photos and comments. We have been extremely busy, but living with the kitchen for a while gives us the opportunity to make fuller observations.
First let me say how helpful everyone was that we came into contact with. We knew what we wanted the layout to be and that we wanted handle-less doors to give a sleeker look, that didn't date. Searching for these doors led us to the Supply Only Kitchen website and Parapan.
Our family have lived in our home for 48 years and we wanted a kitchen that would last for many years. We had strong ideas on what we wanted; your designer was very helpful. He suggested that we have our units sized to suite the space making every space usable. A big advantage of using the company was that they only charge for the material used, so we only paid for 50mm worth of material extra instead of a 'bespoke special'.
We started with a very small kitchen, by knocking down a wall and incorporating the space from the WC we have made a very user friendly kitchen. When we ordered the kitchen we had not carried out the demolition work and didn't have the exact measurements the company were very patient allowing us to have flexibility right up to the manufacturing point.
We were concerned at having to pay the full amount so far in advance (Parapan has a much longer order time), but accepted the assurances of the company. Our fears proved to be unfounded. The units were delivered by a couple of very polite men, who placed the units exactly where I asked them. The units came ready assembled with the mechanical fitments installed and the doors on saving a lot of time.
Our experience over the last months is that having units the size and shape we wanted means that everything fits into its allotted space. Everything is to hand. We are absolutly delighted, all our friends and family love it and we know it will last a very long time, and would thoroughly recomend the company.

Thanks . My husband fitted our kitchen and coped very well. He is an engineer by trade so has all the DIY skills. Overall we thought your service was very good and the chaps who delivered to us were very helpful and polite and professional. The units are certainly up to expectations. We especially like the soft close drawers and their depth for pan storage etc.The metal basket storage cupboard is very useful and the fact that all the drawers pull out so far means much less bending. It has improved our kitchen so very much and as you see from our photos we really love it and so do the dogs! I am expected to go up a notch in the culinary skills too!

I am hugely impressed with the quality of the cabinets, and the fitter also commented on the quality, and the finished article looks superb but more than that I wanted to thank you for the level of service you provide. From allowing me to rectify a mistake I made when ordering to accommodating a couple of changes shortly before delivery dealing with you has been a pleasure, I could not have asked for a better level of service.
Greg and Maya, who I spoke to on the telephone, were both very helpful and the delivery arrived exactly on time, all of which made the process completely trouble free and it is greatly appreciated, particularly as it is by far the largest purchase I have ever made via the internet.
As promised when I spoke to Maya a couple of weeks ago I have taken a few pictures of the completed kitchen that hopefully show how good it looks.
